The human body is fascinating, ever-changing and so unique to each individual. Personal growth and development have been a foundation in my life for decades. I became a Massage Therapist 20+ years ago, focusing on Clinical Massage, Chronic issues with Recurring flare-ups. In order to support my clients to the best of my ability, I expanded my knowledge and training to become a Certified Health Coach, focusing on stress management and lifestyle. The connection between Mind and Body is so deeply intertwined you can not work on one without the other. I have also become a Certified Yoga Instructor and I teach Pilates!! I believe life should be fun, engaging, and fill you up with radiance.
My goals are to help people move from a lack of proper priorities, tension, and low energy to vibrant, happy, and healthy. I believe a foundation of understanding how your body works is a key element to creating a plan for daily life that will allow you to be energized and make time for your top priorities. I teach simple and effective techniques to reinforce the results from each session, so clients live their newly learned skills daily. Education is a big piece of my practice, my love of empowering clients to take their self-care into their own hands is the most rewarding and effective for my clients to reach their goals.
